Locations

Our fulfillment centers are located in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. We cannot facilitate pick-ups at this time.

 

Shipping

We consolidate items in your cart into as few shipments as possible to save you money on freight. Your freight cost may include items from multiple warehouses. You can select specific warehouses using the "Calculate Shipping" tool in your cart.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off will ship the same business day, while orders placed after will ship the next business day.

We work closely with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, once your order is with the carrier, delays may occur due to weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

While we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, our support team is here to help! If your delivery is delayed, contact us, and we’ll assist with tracking and resolving any issues.

Blind Ship

We ship blind by default which means that you can ship directly to your customers.
